What is it?
SRT is relationship therapy focusing on exploring, processing, and re-establishing a healthy sexual intimacy, between partners after trauma.
Who is it for?
How does it work?
Betrayed + compulsive partners who have been in individual counseling with specialty-trained mental health professionals, healed through trauma responses, and have been in a maintenance phase of sobriety for an established amount of time.
SRT includes psychoeducation, communication skills, identifying and establishing safety, implementing and processing practice interventions, reprogramming sexual scripts, and more to completely overhaul and restructure physically and sexually intimate interactions.
